SAIS CONTINUOUS TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

SAIS is keeping on implementing its production capacity, both from a quantitative and qualitative point of view.

The continuous and intense development of SAIS on the international markets and the desire to offer its customers the highest possible quality level, which has always been a distinctive feature of the company, have led to the creation of another new project to enhance its seed processing line.

In collaboration with Cimbria, a leading company in the design and production of equipment operating in the seed sector, SAIS has implemented a new high-tech and innovative production line, with a selection capacity of 2 tons/hour and a SEA optical sorter. IQ 2, equipped with a system that integrates RGB, NIR, SWIR or UV into each set of multi-frequency cameras, combining the data collected in tens of thousands of scans per second.

This allows Sais production lines to recognize up to 16 million colors as well as infrared range with a very high resolution and a unique qualitative performance.

The entire manufacturing process is optimized by the synergy between the automatic control system of each single production phase on one side and the technical skills and great passion of the employees of the SAIS family on the other.
